At HeavyCloud, we strive to offer our customers high-quality, sustainable products that create an environment of peace and comfort.
I once overheard a conversation between two baristas at one of my favorite coffee shops downtown. See Urban Grind. One of the women was referring to a customer who’d come into the shop, considering making the move to Jax, She offered the customer a few of her favorite places in town and a small piece of advice, “No matter where you go, you have to find the places and the people that spark joy and bring peace to your life.” I decided to incorporate that same mindset into my brand.
By using clean, natural materials in all of my products and by handmaking each and every item (down to the reusable jars!), I am able to offer that same peace of mind to every single one of my customers. One of my favorite things about owning a small business is being able to offer that personal touch and those extra few minutes of care that really make a difference.
